reach a member of our knowledgeable staff who can personally answer your questions or
be of assistance in making selections from our collection. You'll never reach a

The
Seekers Guarantee of Satisfaction:
Item(s) may be returned within 30 days of purchase
date and a refund (exclusive of shipping) issued to the original buyer.
After 30
days, item(s) may be returned and a gallery credit (exclusive of shipping)
issued. All Item(s) returned must be in original, undamaged condition and
accompanied by original Seekers Bill of Sale.
These terms do not apply to
layaways, custom work, special orders or purchases where Bill of Sale is marked
Final Sale.

staff is knowledgeable about our collection and can assist you with personal or
corporate gifts, as well as with your own acquisitions.

Printed
Biographical Sketches for Each Artist:

It's always bothered us that most galleries have very
little background information about the artists they represent. We've taken the
initiative to write and print biographical sketches for each of our artists.
The
copy on the printed piece is the same as it appears online, providing
information about the artist's techniques, background, honors and museum
credentials.
We automatically include a printed biographical sketch, with color
photos, with each purchase.
Easy Gift Service:
We can arrange to send your gift selection directly to the recipient.
We will be happy
to convey your message on our folded gift card.
Gift Certificates:
We offer gift certificates in any denomination.

We have arranged for numerous corporate gifts, having

Many of the artists we deal with
welcome the opportunity to create customized gift items or awards. American
studio glass art, accompanied by the artist's biographical sketch (which can be
customized for your organization), makes for a memorable and valued gift or
award.
Layaways:
A
25% minimum deposit holds item(s) on
Layaway for up to 6 months from the date item(s) are placed on Layaway
(hereafter referred to as Date).
Deposit(s) on Layaways cancelled within 30 days of Date are refundable.
Layaways cancelled more than 30 days after the Date
receive a gallery credit for deposit(s).
If the item(s) on Layaway are not paid
in full within 6 months of Date item(s)
will be returned to stock and a gallery credit for deposit(s) issued to
customer.
We require a non-refundable, advance payment-in-full for Custom Work
with no return privilege or guarantee of customer satisfaction.
A 50% deposit is
required for Special Orders.
A completed Layaway or Special Order may qualify
for gallery credit, no refunds.
Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, cash, checks and travelers checks.
